Origami Tangram Puzzle

How to Make a Tangram with Origami (Step-by-Step Diagram)

Learn how to build a complete Tangram puzzle using four square sheets and precise origami folding techniques. This step-by-step diagram shows how to create all 7 geometric pieces with accurate proportions, clean edges, and a perfect fit.

Unlike the traditional single-sheet method, this approach constructs each piece individually, improving precision and making the folding process easier to follow.

Piece A (make 2)

Fold the paper following the diagram and tuck the final flap into the pocket to lock the shape.

Piece B (make 2)

Repeat the same steps as Piece A using a smaller square template derived from Piece B.

Piece C

Follow the sequence of folds and insert the final section into the pocket to secure the shape.
